1. Digital Subscription Refund Policy
AdRay provides immediate access to digital SaaS features, research reports, and public advertising intelligence tools. Because access is delivered digitally and becomes available immediately after purchase, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
However, we review refund requests in good faith for duplicate charges, billing errors, technical access issues, or cases where the Service was not delivered as described.
2. Digital Goods & Immediate Access
AdRay is a public advertising intelligence and market research SaaS platform. After subscribing, customers receive immediate access to digital features such as research dashboards, public ad trend analysis, creative pattern clustering, market benchmarking tools, and structured research reports.
Because these digital services are made available immediately, refunds are limited after access has been granted. Where applicable law allows, by subscribing and accessing the Service, you acknowledge that digital access begins immediately.
This does not limit your right to contact us regarding duplicate charges, billing errors, technical access problems, or cases where the Service was not delivered as described.
AdRay does not provide refunds based on advertising performance, ROI, ROAS, revenue, conversions, account approvals, or campaign profitability, because the Service provides market research tools and does not guarantee advertising outcomes.
3. Subscription Cancellation
Customers can cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically refund previous subscription periods.
Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- You will retain access to all features of your plan until the expiration date.
- No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your billing cycle unless required by applicable law or approved through a refund review.
- Your account data will be retained for 90 days after expiration, after which it may be permanently deleted.
4. Billing Questions & Disputes
If you believe you have been billed in error, or if you have questions about a charge on your statement, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider:

Please include your account email address and a description of the issue so we can review the matter promptly.
If a payment dispute or chargeback is opened, we may temporarily suspend account access while the dispute is reviewed, to prevent unauthorized use and protect billing integrity.
5. Refund Review Exceptions
Although subscription payments are generally non-refundable after digital access has been granted, we may review refund requests in the following cases:
- Duplicate charges caused by a billing or system error.
- Incorrect billing amount or billing error.
- Technical access issues that prevented use of the Service and were not resolved within a reasonable time.
- Cases where the Service was not delivered as described.
Refund reviews are handled case by case and do not guarantee approval. Approved refunds may be processed through our Merchant of Record or payment provider.
